  • i ate 500 cals over today! like actually i am having such a bad day with finals and stuff and didnt go to the gym and now i feel sick! i hate emotional eating :( :grumble:

  • Has anyone heard of this diet? I am trying it now it has a high fat content nd like barely any sugar and high protien.. thoughts? when i enter the foods onto mfp it is like off on all the intake things.. like i am over on fat

  • its not just that it is like the more u tell ur self to not eat the more u et exactly wht u are saying.. how did u overcome that.. its like eating and not eating becomes central to ur thinking.. it kinda sux i think thats one side effect of dieting and how ppl gain the weight back

  • I KNOW EXACTLY what u mean!!! i am going up and down the same 3 pounds for a month now and i am working out harder than ever and being really good with food! but we have to remember that the closer we get to our goals the harder it becomes to reach those goals! stick to it plateau's really suck but we will get through it!

  • hey yea i am a dancer the times where i have performances its really hard to get all the cals in so i rely on a lot of protein shakes and bananas! When i am just rehearsing and its not too crazy i eat a lot more protein than the average person!
