I lost 65 lbs and my cup size went up as the band size went down...unfortunately for me, the girls are not shrinking with the rest of the body.

I completely relate. I have a story very similar to this. It is what caused me to get control of my life. I just purchased 2013 season tickets that allowed us to enter the park for the rest of 2013 and I am excited to say that this time I was able to ride EVERYTHING. I am so excited about next spring and summer!

I never thought of myself as motivating others... I think I may have some self-image issues because I can see the difference in photos but when I look in the mirror, I still see 280 lbs :(

I am at exactly 220 right now too. I'm in! I needed to set a goal to get out of this plaeau I've been holding at for the last four weeks. 199 or less by Christmas Day it is!

Track your sodium and water intake. I was having the same problem and simply lowered my sodium since Sunday and have lost like 5 lbs in less than a week.

I tend to try to be a caretaker to everyone and that keeps my stress waaaaay elevated...lately I have had to constantly remind myself that... "Their emergency is NOT MY emergency".

The only place to see a Dr. without insurance in my area is the ER (not many local drs are accepting new patients without insurance.) I really can't justify an er visit for something like lasix.

I really vary my work out depending on what my trainer has instructed me to do. It's mostly wieght training with short bursts of cardio mixed in to get my heart rate up. I also use a heart rate monitor that shows me the number of calories I burn, so I think it is pretty accurate.

I do lift weights, but not heavy. I do just what my trainer instructs me to. I do wonder though if muscle recovery has something to do with my weight gain because my muscles have been sore for two weeks now.

Diary is open...the last few weeks have a lot of "quick added calories" just because I have been super busy. But, this may give a better idea of what my diet looks like.

Here's a question...and if you feel the need to be rude or condescending, please don't reply... If you shouldn't eat less than your BMR, then why does MFP calculate a net calorie goal that is less than your BMR?

I remember the first one that mattered...I remember that butterfly in my tummy when it happened. And 16 years later when I kiss the same man (who was a boy back then) I still sometimes get that feeling! I love him... :blushing: :love:
