Stress?
Sooo...I have a high-stress job, and I work anywhere from 50-65 hours per week. I have recently noticed that the more stressed I am at work, the less the number on the scale moves that week. I need some REAL tips on how to achieve a few "whooosa" moments in the midst of my chaotic days. I NEED RELIEF!

I'm sick of the term "skinny-fat"
if I wanna do cardio instead of lifting "heavy" then get off my back about it!
