Im not saying cut out sodium Im saying dont go over the recommended amount per day. Sodium can cause your ankles to swell and you CAN get preclampsia!! When I was pregnant they always told me to watch it!!!

You might also have vertigo and that can cause the dizziness as well. I am not a dr but I have been both pregnant and with vertigo...hope this helps a little!!!

You never want to eat too much sodium when pregnant. Not only can it cause you to swell but it can cause preclampsia and your baby has to be delivered early. If you are feeling dizzy I would definately call your OB and ask for an emergency appointment to check your blood pressure. They will be able to determine whats best…

If I realy want a sweet snack, I eat a pice of fruit...the natural sugars in the fruit curb the sweets craving. Skinny Cow has also some really good ice cream sandwiches that are only 150 cal if you REALLY need a snack. There are other low cal options as well but fruit is always the best!!

With my weight and everything to lose 2 pounds per week the counter says to eat 1380 cal. But if I do a hard workout and burn 750 cal I need extra cal to keep my body going. The class I go to actually works out all parts of your body and it switches up every three months so you dont plateau....Thats why I love this class!!!

Thanks for the imput!! Last week I did five days of a class called RIPPED (they do strength, endurance, plyo) and I felt great!!! I am pumped to add another day, we will see how my body handles this adjustment!!! :)

There is a website (calorie calculator) specifically for Subway. You put everything in your sandwich and it will calculate the calories...try googling Subway calorie calculator :)

I also mix in some Ovaltine mix with my plain Oatmeal with a little bit of milk...its filling and only about 260 cal :)

I made my own pizza using a Flat out tortilla. I added the serving size amount of pizza sauce, low fat mozzarella and then turkey pepperoni. Bake it at 350 for about 12 minutes. It was pretty tasty and not that many caloies. You can also add whatever fresh veggies or low cal toppings you would like!!

I go to the gym and I really dont like to use the machines so depending on my work schedule I make my gym schedule for the week. My favorite class right now is the RIPPED routine, its plateau proof and the program changes every 3 months...so I try to go to all those classes first and if I cant make it I pick 2nd choices :)

To lose 2 pounds a week I am at 1340....I have cut a lot of things from my diet and my snacks are pretty much 90-100 calories. When I first started this it was pretty hard to hit 1200 but I am learning to become more leniant and just portion whatever I want to eat :)
