I have been trying to find a good creamer as well that’s low on sugar. I sabotage my coffee too and I put roughly 175 cal worth in 😭😭. But I do work it in my calories for the day right now.

Yesterday Breakfast cup of coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer 2 eggs with a little cheese and some ham and a slice of whole wheat bread Lunch was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and some veggie straws Dinner was cheese tortellini and a side salad. Then I had a 1/2 cup ice cream 🍦

Today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill (on an incline) Then I did the 30 minute circuit at planet fitness. This is my first week back in the gym so I’m not sure what kind of routine I will end up doing. Current weight 224.6 Goal weight 200 (first goal weight)

Morning: cup of coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer Took kids to the doctor so we ate mcdonalds...I had an egg white delight, a hash brown and a iced coffee. Snack was a protein cookie Dinner is bbq chicken, baked potato and veggies. Might indulge in some ice cream later 🤓

I just joined planet fitness and I am liking it so far. I’m just starting out in my fitness journey so this is perfect for me for now. I mainly work on a cardio machine and then try the 30 minute challenge. I think it just mainly depends on what your looking for in a gym.

Have you tried putting the dressing in a little cup (measure it out) and then you dip your fork into the dressing before you take a bite of your salad? Sometimes that helps with the dressing and it cuts down the calories!!

Chocolate, no...but I did stop drinking soda and I gave in and had a diet soda the other day and boy did it make me feel like crap!

Mine would have to be the sodas. I had to have a large dr pepper every morning to wake up. On my lunch I would get another...after work another, with dinner another...I rarely drank water!! Now I drink that crap and my stomach hurts. I still crave it every now and then but when I indulge it hurts!! :-)

I used to be a size 11 before I started working in a bar. Next thing I know I am a size 18! Thanks to beer, liquor and red bull. I would stay after work to socialize and drinking definately leads to munchies! Now I rarely drink and I portion my food intake. Ialso stopped drinking sodas. Hoping this works for me :-)

I have actually seen one at a restaurant/bar. Which was weird because they are more known for their bar than their food. But they used a hamburger patty instead of the chicken.

I love my oatmeal!!! I seem like the only one in my family to eat it but its really good with some peanut butter, or sometimes I put in some maple syrup and some brown sugar...yummy!

Salsa does taste good as a dressing!!! Also I like fat free Italian...I try to stay away from Ranch (I love it too but even the fat free tastes nasty to me) good luck in finding the right dressing for you!!

I cut out soda and switched to coffee. But I still do crave a diet dr. pepper every now and again :) Tea is also good if you are quitting. It will cut down the headaches. Your body just wants caffeine.

Today I used brown sugar and some light syrup I had. High in sugar content though. I am thinking about maybe trying some peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Google chocolate covered Katie. She posts a bunch of healthy recipes and some of them used greek yogurt! All of the nutrition facts and everything are posted on her page.

I just used that scale and the calories on there are lower then what Myfitnesspal says. By like 100 calories. Thank you for sharing that!

Me and sports bras do not get along. Hahaha I am a DD and I have tried the ones from Target and my girls still jiggle everywhere...its kind of embarrassing but I need to work out!!! I am going to look into some of these other suggestions. Thanks for this post!

I was scared too at first but guess what? We are all in there to lose weight and to stay healthy! Sometimes I noticed people staring but I just work out harder. Some day my goal will come. Don't let people get you down and don't be scared of the gym. I do the classes at mine and there are mirrors all around, but I still go…
