I agree with this....as long as you dont eat a full pan in one sitting and it fits into your daily calorie limit, then go for it!

I agree that you should scrap the shakes. Pick a calorie goal and stick to it. Myfitnesspal set up one for me (to lose 2 pounds of weight a week ideally I should be eating only 1380 calories) and working out at the gym 5 times per week. Stick to your calories and you will still see results...you dont have to starve…

Ummmm....wow. Eat just fast food and you are sure to gain weight quick! When you get to America get pasteurized eggs and cheese and if your going to eat meat make sure its cooked properly. I eat plain oatmeal every morning and I add some different things in there...today I did 1/2 cup unprepared oats, 1 cup water and 1/3 cup CRAISINS. On other days I do everything but add a couple tsps of brown sugar and cut the raisins :)

Well seeming as not all of the family is not on a diet I will be indulging a bit more than I usually do :) Normally on my days off o working out I indulge in a little something that I wouldnt eat on my workout days and I dont go overboard, I think thats key :)

If your really that addicted ask for ranch on the side and just dip a little bit of your fork into the dressing everytime you take a bite...that way your not dumping all of those calories onto your salad and you can control it a bit more :)

have you tried fat free ranch??? It might not taste the same but maybe it will help with the ranch cravings?

I am in love with the Clif and Luna Bars. I have been on a Peppermint kick lately and the chocolate peppermint tastes just like a Girl Scout thin mint. The Luna is actually made by the Clif company and they are bars for women. The bar I like is only 180 cal :) I hope you find a bar you like!!

GREAT job!!! This totally inspires me because I am struggling to lose the weight that I gained from having my son. When I had him I was 215...now I am at 193...this just goes to show that my goal can and will be achieved!!

We did one at work and we each paid $25 to join...it was a month I believe and we did weigh ins as well as a body fat count. Whoever lost the set percentage won a piece of the prize. So we had multiple winners I think I dont know if anyone made the set percentage amount...I know I didnt!!!
