I just started using this thing. #1 how do you guys clean the watch and chest piece??? I can do the strap but I'm scared to clean the other two....can I use a sensitive baby wipe and wipe them? Also using this I've noticed my heartrate is off by about 4 or 5 beats is this normal?? Thanks for the help

Ideas for Oatmeal Toppings?

What are some of your guys fave recipes using the steel cut oats?? I found some and I am debating whether or not I want to purchase them...I also found a bag of flaxseed. Any suggestions?

How many days per week do you guys visit the gym?
Ok I know some of you may exercise at home, but do you think working out 6 days per week is pushing it? I have been taking a class that I absolutely LOVE and its available 6 out of the 7 days...think its over doing it??? Thanks for the help!!

does anyone else take R.I.P.P.E.D. classes at their gym?
I am looking to find the calorie count per 60 minute session,...I looked on their website and it just says 750-1000 per 50 minute session...how in the heck am I supposed to know where I fall in that 350 calorie range?? I enter it as Kickboxing and thats 884 cals...Im hopeing im close??

I need some help!!!
I am trying to lose weight and I am trying to figure out how many calories I should burn per workout. I am 195 pounds, and myfitness says I should be eating 1600 calories per day...that is hard for me!!! Any suggestions?? I am also on an Herbalife tea and meal replacement shake, I only do that 1x per day...
