I have run into the same problem on days I'm too busy to eat snacks, and get a work out in. On the days I eat 2 snacks a day, I usually squeak by or go a little over. Snacks I like: Handful of almonds, and apple & veggies; Protein shake with frozen fruit., Cheese stick and some grapes and/or veggies. Hope that helps. Keep…
