Welcome Laura. You are in the right place. Eat the calories you need, do not stab yourself, and exercise - even if it is just walking. You will see that it works and will feel much better. Good luck..

I was a little skeptic first. It does work! Try to take the calories you need (no more no less) and excercise, even if it is light excersice such as walking. You will be amazed.
