thank you all for the wonderful advices/suggestions ...i guess i should just stop weighing everyday :) . like yesterday i ate dinner a bit late around 10 PM, and my scale in the morning showed about .5 kg more :-(((...this could be water retention...rite?

what strength training videos would you recommend...i kinda have the same problem. i am doing Turbofirte....currently on week 4 so do i need to do some strength training in addition to the turbofire workouts?

yea i guess thats the matter ... but the feeling that you get when you see scale int he morning :) ofcourse if it drops down... i will try and check weight once a week ....

did you follow the diet plan though?? exactly as in the plan...i have started the plan but haven't been following the diet though i am eating within 1200 calories. today is day 2, i have to have organic bran cereal with skimmed milk in the morning for breakfast. so i really wanna know if inferno plan is worth doing without…
