Don't listen to those folks telling you that you goal is unrealistic. They are probably just jealous at how well you are doing. When I reached my goal I had people constantly asking when i was going to stop loosing weight and calling me skinny (which I find derogatory) I prefer being called healthy or fabulous :-)

i hear spicy foods boost your metabolism. also if you want to have a few drinks at night just walk around during the day, which i am sure you will do.

I'm not a vegetarian but i just don't eat a lot of meat usually. I love broccoli slaw, you can do so much with it. It's good with peanut sauce and mandarin oranges. also love the morning star chicken patties and corn dogs

I walked every day for about 30 mins and it helped a lot

1200 calories a day is the way to go. You don't want to loose more than 2lbs a week. otherwise you are not being healthy. Not only will loosing too much too fast be bad for your body, your body will look sad, all wrinkled and saggy from the weight loss. slow is better cuz it gives your body time to firm up as you go.

I'm just getting into running, I do more of a walk/jog mix. That pic was from a 5k at Disney in November. I was supposed to do my 2nd one last weekend but i was sick. I hope to do the Wine and Dine 1/2 marathon this October.

I got my sports bra at Kohl's, i think the brand was Lily of France, it has underwires on the outside, good support and i was on the big up top side. I love Old Navy's workout clothing. I usually wait til it makes it to the clearance rack.

I like how you think. I do have friends that log those calories. I haven't yet, but if I am over my calories i just secretly smile to myself since i know that i probably have calories to spare

yes you have to log it. If i have to log it, then you have to as well! lol But I hate drinking my calories, so just make sure you do a little extra walking before you drink. also i was using the zero calorie lemonade vitamin water as a mixer for flavored vodkas. stay away from the 55 calorie Bud select. it tastes like…

in the morning, you may weigh a little less since the alcohol dehydrates you. So drink a bunch of water tomorrow, you will be fine. I only drank 3 times while loosing weight, but now that I am maintaining, i've been a bad bad girl and i haven't gained any back

oh and i forgot to say, take a multi-vitamin. I stake those vitacrave gummy vitamins. they gave me the B vitamin boost i needed

No. Just stick with your calories on mfp and do some cardio like walking everyday. No need to ever take a diet pill. And I refused to pay anything to loose weight. I've lost 75lbs since last March and actually won $600 in various contests with friends.
