Thanks everyone, I have just added my exercise to see what I would burn and its around 1800 calories per day, feeling better about this but will be sureNOT to weigh myself till next weekend now as if I put on Ill get disheartened and Ive just moved in to my next stone bracket :D

Agree with Amirillo but how about doing a bit more excercise to get some of those calories back, maybe this way you wont go over your allowance?

Its the easiet diet I have done, as in my earlier post, keep adding to your diary to try and stick within your specified calorie intake

Hi, Only been here a week so cant really give you much advice, other than try and fill in your food diary as often as poss, this helps me to get as close to my 1200 calories each day as I can

Its mine too, plus the extra I get from doing exercise, I am too finding it hard to eat all of them, without stuffing my face

Im in too, if I can be that is? Havent weighed myself yet as only started diet on Sunday but will go for extra long jog tonight and will double my water
