I think I am getting there with the annoyed/frustrated stage. I was very invested in the NROL program, but find I spend a lot of time "figuring" things out. I will need to check out strong lifts.

I don't drink it to lose weight, but I have found d/t it's high potassium it can help me offset a high sodium day, so therefore, I feel leaner and less bloated if I overdo it.

Does anyone else have trouble in their gym? I cannot do step ups because I don't have a step in the weight room to do them on. Since I wasn't able to do that particular exercise (and am a little shy to do others in the gym), I have been doing other exercises that work the same muscle group. Has anyone else had this issue?

my understanding is you take 10-15% off of your TDEE and just eat that every day. It already counts in the activity level so you don't have to bother with eating back calories, etc. Just be sure to never go below your BMR or you will risk harming your metabolism.

Go to Scooby site and you can calculate your TDEE and BMR. It will tell you how to calculate your calories according to your activity level. :smile: Just saw that you have already done that oops, not very observant am I? :flowerforyou:

I'm with you on that!!! I did body weight and dumbbells for my workout A. Going to do Workout B tonight. I have access to some barbells, but am concerned about starting them at this stage. But can't wait to. :drinker:

I am down 1 lb only from original start weight. However, I gained 5 lb with reset. I am down just a few inches overall, but I feel more compact. And I haven't even started lifting heavy regularly yet. Just 1 time/ wk at gym and added hand weights at home 2x/wk. I feel better overall now, and feel that this will work for…
