  • Try Thinogenics (all natural) and counting calories. Also, you have to make a lifestyle change. The quickest way to lose is to eat 1500 per day if you are exercising everyday. On the days you don't exercise, eat about 1400. That will get you your weight loss!
  • Nutrition 101. Most US citizens get way too much protein. That's why there is no reason for shakes and what not. Unless you are an extreme vegetarian.
  • Your body needs carbs to metabolize. Don't worry so much about the carbs, fat and sugar, just count the calories. It's the only thing that's going to work! Promise...
  • I won't be negative. I will just say be careful. Won't you try something natural first like Thinogenics that works?
  • If I were you, I'd count calories to 1500 per day and exercise 30 min per day. If you aren't going to exercise, then you should eat roughly 1400. Doing that will get you weight loss for sure. And yeah, patience is #1.
  • Just count your calories. Eat 1500 per day, exercise about 30 min per day. If you aren't going to exercise that day, then don't go over 1400. You will be sure to lose weight and won't have to worry with running to the app for new figures. :)
  • If you are eating the "fat free," "low fat," "sugar free" mess, then that could be a reason. Make sure that you aren't eating that because it's just empty things that confuse your body. Try eating whatever you want for a day and then going back and counting again. That always helps me. Good luck!
  • Calories are the number one thing to count. If you aren't going over, there's no real reason to count your sugar. I am severe hypoglycemic so I have to do that, but if you don't have that problem, there's no reason to worry with it. :)
  • I do know that it is all natural. I have heard of several people losing from it. The Thinogenics facebook page posts before and afters. You could try it and see!
