I go to bed pretty early, but if I fo get a snack, I make sure it's a light one. I don't sleep well when I eat something heavy before bed, and I feel like that since I'm not working that heavy food off, my body is just absorbing all of it.

A nice sunny day makes me want to go out and do something, and seeing the numbers on the scale go down have kept me at it. Even though I've only lost 6 lbs I still feel great. Proud of myself that i've kept it up for so long.

I do enjoy monster, didn't know there was a no sugar/calorie one. I tried to Red Bull Zero and I didn't quite like the taste. workin a 5 hour shift tonight so i'll try the Monster and see where it gets me. Thanks for the suggestions :D

ok, how bout working as a cashier/maintenance person 3days a week for 10 hours a day(this week at least) my hours will vary everyday but I'm literally on my feet for all but 10 minutes for lunch, I haven't really worked out exorcise days yet, but I'm planning 2 days a week. My shin and shoulders didn't hurt, the legs didn't hurt, and my friend just got a tattoo down the back of his leg that says Brotherhood from the knee to the ankle, he said it only hurt at his heel. To me fat hurts WAY more then muscle, so for me i try to stay to parts of my body that are less fatty.

The only one that hurt was the poodle on my arm. And heres to the addicting part, I got my first 5 in one summer, and I'm getting another 4 within the next 2 months XD My brother is an artist, did all my tats, he's getting better.

Another question, I only work 2 days a week, so would it be ok to just log the days i work as standing: fishing, because it feels exactly the same, just not with the worms. I don't want to change my activity level because If I see I can eat 1600 calories, I will most of the time >.< it's my flaw.

I tried it before and didn't like it because of the repetitiveness because I get bored easily, so now i'm doing it every other day, so I don't get bored with it and I can stay on the wagon.

Awesome, so it doesn't really matter when to have it. I prefer after a workout because it makes me feel a bit less starved before I eat, usually lunch.

I love peach yogurt, I've been eating it since I was a kid, but since I've seen how much sugar is in it I"ve stopped. Would it be better if I got plain yogurt and added peaches?

So, is yogurt really not healthy for you? Becase even if I eat it in the morning I'll be over my daily goal at the end of the day when it's added to other things. Sounds like it really is a glorified pedometer, I use a Omron pedometer and through a personal trial and error found it 98% accurate. For every 50 steps it would misread at most 4 steps, pretty good for the price I paid. It doesn't count steps when your driving, but it's better to have on a belt loop then your shoe. When…

Well we bought a bunch of grapes, apples and oranges but in the mornings I need something sweet to drink or I don't function, so I'm trying to find a pure fruit juice instead of the crap I've been drinking. It's been hard to step away from my Cranberry Apple juice but I've done it.

Why not? I'm in! Right now my average from 3 weeks of wearing a pedometer was 5851, with at least two days a week hitting the 10,000 mark. Gonna try and hit it 4 times a week.
