hi, thanks for the add and the advice.....I try to encourage my family to follow my lead because they too need to adopt this healthy lifestyle that we share..........otherwise they will be blaming us for their weight gain in the long run...........

if you are not at high risk, I suppose there is nothing wrong with some light weight training.....nothing heavy of course.....focus on doing the excercise correct with repetition rather than the weight itself.........not an expert...just my advice...

I think you should always eat something light before any excercise for strength, I have never heard of not eating anything, just nothing heavy is recommended. I eat before I workout depending on my schedule. If I am hungry then yes, but if not then no because I would rather grab a protien shake following my workout which…

Hi, I gained up to 156 lbs., I am relatively short so it wasn't a good look to me, anyhow I have lost 15 lbs. of that and just recently gained 6lbs. of it back, My target goal is 145-150 lbs. to be considered healthy according to my BMI.
