Yep, you need to know exactly how many calories you consume. It might be hard at first to weigh everything and look it up but you will see results faster if you are more accurate. 4-6 weeks of proper diet and exercise will show results.

Sorry, you can find your maintenance two weeks or more if you are not experienced. I can find my maintenance faster after a bulk or cut because I know my body and have been doing it for a while.

I have some SAD as well. This time of year sucks. I moved to FL for 9 years and it was much better. Try getting some sun. Even a few minutes at a tanning bed has helped people. I think it's the bear inside of us that just wants to hibernate for the winter.
