I wondered about Home Outfitters and I guess I will have to look there in person because they have nothing on their website.

Thank you so much for that info. I have heard of the food scale before and checked it out and I will give this a look too!

I confess that I have not been doing MFP (and by that I mean eating whatever I want) or exercising for 3 weeks. I was not happy with myself but I'm glad to be back.

Your 'top shelf' is disappearing! I have (I mean had!) this bit of extra fat just at the top part of my butt and I've noticed it is smaller and almost gone
-
I bought some almond butter but it is not the same! I'm going back to my peanut butter

I am reading Book of Negroes by Lawrence Hill.
-
I loved this series!!!

Tried HG chicken cordon bleu and loved it.

I'm sure you are not the only one who has fallen off the wagon. As I read your story I could totally relate to what you were saying. A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I went on a trip to the states for a little get away. I was so excited because I was going to allow myself to have peanut m&m's and I was also going to buy…

Me too!

I can relate because I had a grande hot chocolate from Starbucks and was surprised to see it was 540 calories! I get an mocha frap from them that is half that. I won't be getting one of those anytime soon because that drink is basically my breakfast and lunch calories!

Every Friday at work I have a 6" roast beef toasted wheat sub with mustard. I could lower the calories further by getting rid of the cheese (that might come eventually) but I got rid of the mayo instead:smile: I always bring my lunch to work during the week but Friday is the day I have something different

Bumping these too

I know where you live! I grew up in Sarnia and our church was in Wyoming (People's).....I wouldn't be surprised that we know the same people. You are only 3 years older than me

I find that the later I do mine the harder time I have falling asleep. I try and do it right after work and before dinner.

I just tried the c and c yogurt dip last night and I'm so glad I bought it. Thanks for the suggestion!

Next time I will have to get a cooler and some ice to bring things like that home. It is about a 20 min drive or so from the store to the border and then 30 min from the border to home. If the border lines get to long....I'm afraid everything would melt :frown:

They usually mention when the next season is going to start? Did they mention it and I missed it or did they not say anything?

My boyfriend and I are thinking of going to the US this weekend (we live in Canada) and I really want to go to Trader Joe's! I've seen so many people talk about it and I want to go and shop. What are your favourites? I know that pop chips are on my list....
-
I'm sure you did this but make sure the sensors on the chest strap are moist.
-
I automatically does it for you (sometime during the night) if you haven't done it.

My new favourite lunch is to lightly toast 2 pieces of ezekial bread then I spread 2 pieces of laughing cow cheese on the bread and a piece of turkey deli meat on top. I put it back in the toaster oven for a little bit longer to melt the cheese. I take it out and put on some sliced cucumbers and some mustard.

I'd like it too!

Is your scale digital? You could have your significant other hide the battery
-
The tv listings said it is from 8-11 p.m.

I hear what you are saying about living without mayo. Something about tuna and mayo just seems meant to be. What brands did you find with canola and olive oil?
-
I just heard today that it is a 3 hour finale! Wow! So exciting!
-
I try to skip mayo too and have been doing mustard on sandwiches. I'm not a big dijon mustard fan but the plain yogourt might work! I'll give that a go.
