Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe (works great with Shrimp too)
214 calories for a 6 ounce chicken breast
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
marinade over night or all day in:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
6 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of cayenne pepper
Whisk and place chicken in marinade and set in refrigerator
Cooking Instructions:
Place chicken and marinade on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes. Garnish with a sprig of parsley or oregano.0 -
