My DH is out on a rig so it's just me in the kids which means.... I don't have to cook :drinker:

We all love tomato soup with crackers so that's what I did... easy fixing, easy clean up, it's healthy and filling!!!

Hopefully something healthy. I have a lia sophia party (jewelry) this evening and so my bf will make dinner so I can eat before I take off. It's a sweet thing for him to do, but his idea of good things to eat isn't the same as mine. If everyone could channel healthy food vibrations toward him (just picture Dr. Phil), it would be greatly appreciated..... thanks.

Scratch what I said earlier..kinda. I made my family a pizza on a whole wheat crust, and I ate mine a light whole grain english muffin with lots of fiber! So I could measure it out exactly, and I also made a nice salad to go with
