    I had salmon Pattie and fresh squash out of our garden.

    Spyguy I will have tp locat that meat loaf recipes. I love meat loaf.And congrats on that 100 lbs. boy you must feel terrific. Proud of you

    I am having 8 baked chicken wings that have been marinating in Texas Pete's hot sauce and melted butter.........

    1 bag of frozen green beans seasoned with sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, fresh onion slivers and 2 slices of smoked bacon chopped up uncooked.

    Mmmmm. . . Lemon Garlic Chicken, Fruit Kabob and Sliced Tomato's

    Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe (works great with Shrimp too)
    214 calories for a 6 ounce chicken breast

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    marinade over night or all day in:
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    6 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped)
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of cayenne pepper

    Whisk and place chicken in marinade and set in refrigerator

    Cooking Instructions:

    Place chicken and marinade on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes. Garnish with a sprig of parsley or oregano.

    Greek is probably better...Chilis has so much sodium and fried food...lol.
