Lasagna made with ground turkey, whole wheat pasta, Ragu light sauce, low fat cheese, onion-garlic bread made with whole grain bread and a fresh garden salad and for dessert raspberry pear crisp, it totals about 400 calories!0

I cooked a big crockpot full of pinto beans. yumm. I'll have 1 cup of beans topped with low fat cheese and sour cream.

I whole wheat pita loaf

1/2 cup of tofutti almond bark soy ice cream....my new favorite thing, better than ben and jerry's...has just a smidge less cals, gotta watch out0 -

Mountain House Beef Stroganoff... this is dehydrated food that (prepared) has two servings per package. Each serving is 310 calories. The side item was whole kernel sweet corn with the liquids drained.
Wednesday we're going to try out the Mountain House Beef Stew...
