Hi there, I totally get where you are coming from. Overweight, financial stress, depression too much wine and my mum just died. We all need to learn to love ourselves, which isn't always easy when you are depressed. This will be yet another attempt for me. As the other posts says, I guess the trick is not to beat yourself…

Was it any good?

You look great and have acheived so much. VERY good advice from everyone. That kind of talk is more than just the results on the scales and it certainly isn't your size, you are beautiful. I agree with those who said it sounds very much like depression. Believe me I know I've been there. It could be hormone or vitamin…

Best you can do is stay off the beer, cider and wine and have your spirits with diet mixer. The sensible thing to say would be everything in moderation lol. Cheers and good luck :)

Hi Kimberly, you have taken the first step joing MFP. You will find no end of support on here. You have a very good reason to acheive your goals. jaxbeck is exactly right. Plan! That's one of my biggest failings, but that is going to change for you and me both. I suggest getting a picture of the logo's of your favourite…

Keeping your head up and feet moving. Great attitude, you will make it and I look forward to watching your acheive your goal. I think I'll put your little quote on a post it pad above me desk to inspire me when I'm feeling lazy/weak. Thanks :)

Wow great job. I'm 49, 50 in Nov just started with MFP. Don't want to be fat and unfit at fifty so aiming to lose around 56 lbs. Seems like a drop in the ocean compared to what you have acheived. Your a great inspiration, thanks.

oooh love the dog. Sorry I know it's nothing about weight loss :)

You look so much happier and healthier to say nothing of younger. Way to go. Very well done. It gives me hope that maybe in a few month I too could see a difference with the help of MFP.

Great attitude and superb results. I hope I can follow in your footsteps. Well done and keep up the good work :)

It's always difficult when the 'blues' hit. What you need to remember is you are so worth it. Focus on where you want to be and not where you are. Write down your goals on a piece of paper and still it to your mirror so you see it and read it every day. Take it one day at a time. You are in control of what you think. So…

Fantastic start. This is day one for me and if I can achieve half of what you have I'll be over the moon. Keep up the great work. :)

Of course you are worthy of being happy, we all are. This is a great place to start. Just started myself got around 56lbs to lose. So let the journey begin! We can and will do it. :)

You look great. Signed up 2 weeks ago and haven't managed to get started yet but after seeing what you have acheived has given me the encouragement to get on with it. Thank you and well done.
