my goals are: To be able to jog for at least 5 minutes straight by the end of the month ( I have never been able to jog) To go from working out 3 days a week to 4 days a week.

You look beautiful...you should be very proud. 46 lbs is nothing to sneeze at. I remember back when I used to watch biggest loser, they used to have people carry the weight they lost around during one of the challenges. It's amazing when you see what even 15 lbs looks like when its laid out in front of you. Imagine 46!
