I'm in! I'll probably start this week, though. Feel free to add me. I am also doing Chalean Extreme for extra strength training. I've done 30 DS before and I agree that it does get boring, but it also does produce results....especially given the short lenght of the workouts. Good luck everyone!

You are just amazing! Do you mind sharing what you have done for workouts through out the process?

I will own the next two weeks!!! I'm in maintenance after losing 60 lbs., but I need to get consistent with my workouts. I'd also like to make morning exercise a habit. I'm doing Chalean Extreme, but I haven't been consistent, so I started day one again this morning. We can do this!

Too funny! This sounds exactly like my schedule. Then, at 9:30 I clean up dinner, pack lunches for the next day and maybe throw in a load of laundry. I'd work out in the morning but it seems like every time I try my 8 month old wants to get up really early.

I'm 42 and just had my fourth 7 months ago. I've lost almost 60 pounds since then. Feel free to add me!

I'm planning on re-starting Monday! Anyone can add me.

Google Lauren Brooks. She has a great kettlebell workout. She's also had 2 c-sections and looks amazing. I find her workouts easy to follow and I really like her laid back style. I have also found her workouts to be very effective. I've had 4 kids, 3 by c-section and while my tummy isn't perfectly flat (at least not yet)…

First, congratulations to your hubby. I'm a lawyer myself, so I know how time consuming studying for the bar exam is...and I didn't have kids at the time. I take it he is also getting an LLM in tax law? I argued a tax case to my state's Supreme Court a few years back, but I can't say that tax law is a favorite. But,…

Personally, I conceived naturally after 40 and I know several women who have as well. Feel free to message me.

I'm interested as well.

I belong to one, but it works a little differently than some. You commit to purchasing a certain dollar amount of produce during the season. Then, each week we receive an email about what they have available and we can pick what we want. What they don't sell through the CSA they take sell at local farmer's markets. I used…

3 c-sections here (4 children). One word: planks.

This brought tears to my eyes. I have little girls myself and I so very much want to be a role model to them about being healthy and loving yourself. You can do this, and she will be so proud of you!

All I can say is that my mother does NOT bring out the best in me either. Sorry I don't have any advice, but I can totally understand.

I love swimming! I was on the swim team in high school and while I didn't swim competitively in college I still swam a half mile several times per week. That being said, swimming makes me very very hungry where running does not. I've been told that its because swimming does not raise your body temperature like other cardio…

My little girl was born on December 19th too! I've had 4 children, 1 natural birth, 1 emergency c-section, 1 failed VBAC (so a c-section) and my last little one by scheduled c-section. I also work full time. I used to be an avid runner, but ended up gaining a LOT of weight while on bedrest with baby #3. I didn't get that…

I always do. Right after her early morning feeding.

Hi there. I'm breastfeeding my 10 week old. I've lost 38 pounds so far and I'd like to lose another 30. Anyone please feel free to ad me. Also, there's a group on here called the post partum pack that you may be interested in.

I'm on week one as well (actually, im repeating week one). My treadmill says that I'm burning about 160 calories for the 30 minute. It's ranged from 147 to 169 as my speed has gotten faster. I go with that figure. I do the walking segments at a 4 mph pace. However, if I log the entire workout as "walking at 4.0 pace" mfp…

Finding time to work out iis so hard. By the time the kids are asleep I'm exhausted. Mornings never seem to work because I'm still nursing the baby and she's up wanting to eat at a different time each day. I've read posts where people work out over their lunch hour. I'm going to have to see if that's a workable option for…

I'm 41 (will be 42 in a few months). I have 4 kids including a new baby and I work as a lawyer for a governmental entity. Finding time for myself is one of my biggest challenges. However, I've still managed to lose 34 pounds so far. Feel free to add me if you like.

Diet Pepsi, I think. I drink tons! It would be the most difficult thing to give up. It's literally the first thing I have when I get up in the morning...before my coffee.

I was on bed rest with my 3rd from 19 weeks to 36 weeks. It left me with no muscle tone whatsoever, so I can relate. I never got back into shape after that pregnancy and now I've just had my 4th. I'm determined to do this so that my kids have an active healthy mom.

I also have 4 and am breastfeeding my 6 week old. Feel free to add me.

I'm 41, a mother of 4 (including a newborn) and an attorney. Feel free to add me if you'd like.

Hi there ladies. I've breast fed all 4 of mine. I'm currently breast feeding my brand new daughter-she's just 6 weeks old. Great to see all of the breast feeding mamas. You all rock!

Well, I have 4...and 3 c-sections. I had my first at 30 and my second 17 months later. I bounced back from both of those pretty well. At that time I was an avid runner and started working out as soon as I got the ok from my doctor. I will say that the c-section with the second made it harder to get back in shape. I was…
