T25 for a beginner?
For those of you who have done or are doing T25...is it appropriate for a beginner? I currently walk, jog and swim, but don't lift or do any sort of strength training or resistance exercise and I want to start. Would this be a good program or do you have other suggestions?

Hi all. I just started NROLFW this past weekend. Today was my second workout. My question is about the calorie recommendations from the book. They seem high to me. My current tdee minus 20% is 1419. C25K for a 12 year old?
My 12 year old daughter wants to run the Color Me Rad 5k with me in September. She is NOT a runner. She currently can't run the mile at school. That being said, she swims competitively, so she is fit and has a good cardio base from her swimming. Any thoughts on c25k for kids? Anyone have kids who have done it?

I am no longer "obese"
I've lost 31 pounds so far and I just ran my current weight through the bmi calculator. I'm happy to report that I am "over weight," not "obese." Whoop whoop!

Working mommies?
For all the working moms out there, when do you work out and what do you find to be the most effective use of your time? I was fairly active before I had kids, but am finding it so hard now to begin an exercise program. Any advice would be appreciated.
