For the double workout day tomorrow....who is doing it back to back? Time in the morning won't allow me to, so my plan is one in the morning and one after the kids go to bed.
-
Oh no! That's what I have to look forward to tomorrow morning!

Day 2 is in the books! How about you guys?
-
For those of you who have done it in the past, how has it affected your appetite? I was crazy hungry today!

Got up at 4:30 to get my first workout in. So impressed! Great workout and I love that it's just 25 minutes. I am really feeling it in my legs! How did everyone else do today?
-
I actually decided to start tomorrow also since the schedule starts on a Monday. Taking my measurements tonight.

I'm not, but have several friends who will be. Enjoy! I hear it's an absolute blast.

Thanks so much for the input! I'm off to order.....

I've been pregnant 9 times and have 4 wonderful kids, so I've been through it too. The medication is not always effective. Has your doctor discussed a D&C? In my case there was a medical reason that I could not have a D&C, and had to just wait it out....which is awful. Hugs to you and feel free to PM me if you have any…

I'm 5 foot nothing. When I wear high heels its so I can attempt to make eye contact. Or have my feet reach the ground when I sit in a chair. Please don't read anything more into it than that.

Hello all. I'm Heidi. I'm a 43 year old wife, mommy and lawyer. I have 4 kids, 12, 11, 4 and 18 months. I initially joined in the spring of 2012 and almost immediately found out I was pregnant with my 4th. Since she was born I've lost around 50 pounds. I've kept that off for almost a year and now I'm wanting make a push to…

I ran 3 miles a day from the time I was ttc until I was 6 months pregnant with my first. As the other poster said, bf percentage would be more of a factor. That being said, it never hurts to ask your doctor.

I just have to throw my 2 cents in here. First, I spent 10 years prosecuting child sexual abuse and child death cases. Additionally, I have worked as a civilian child abuse investigator for a law enforcement agency. I cannot stress this enough......your child is WAY more likley to be victimized by someone he or she knows.…

I jog over my lunch hour with coworkers. I get a 1 hour lunch and we do a 2 mile loop most days, which allows plenty of time to change and get cleaned up. I have access to a shower now but when I didn't I'd use baby wipes and dry shampoo. Better than not getting it done at all and some days that's just all I can fit in.

Hi there! 43 next week, mommy of 4. I've lost 50 pounds so far and have around 20 more to go. Anyone please feel free to ad me. Love having new mfp buddies.

Good question. I don't really have an answer. I too live in a rural-ish area. We don't have mountain lions, but do have packs of coyotes. It's very disconcerting to hear them howling while I run at dawn. That being said, they aren't as big a threat as mountain lions. I've never considered running with a gun more for the…

Well said!

Hello from the Quad Cities. Feel free to add me!

Do you have a rescue inhaler as well as daily medication? If so, consider (with your doctor's approval) taking it before your workout. I've had asthma since I was a child and at first had the same problem but now I have two half marathons and several 5ks under my belt. Do what you can and build up to it slowly. I have…

I'm starting today. Thanks for the great motivation. And fantastic job. You look great.

Super slow runner here. I wear a headband that says "Slow is the New Fast." That about sums it up.

Request sent. Thanks for starting this.

I'm in. I sent you a friend request.

I have to second or third the suggestion of getting a good pair of running shoes. Go get expertly fit at a running store. When I was heavier, my ability to run (...ok, jog if truth be told) pain free was 100% dependent on the correct shoes. And good job getting started. You're gonna love running.

I had to google it...but I'm in! Sounds like a great way to keep up my running over the winter.

Hi there! I'm also a mom of 4. I've had a lot of success here. I initially started in march of 2012, but then almost immediately found out I was pregnant. My little one is almost 11 months and I've lost 60 lbs and have been maintaining since early August. Friend request sent.

Like snowflake above, I've also had 3 c-sections. For me personally I found planks to be the best exercise for flattening my tummy back to normal. Way more effective than any type of crunches.

I'm in! I've done it in the past and had good results. I am also doing Chalean Extreme for some additional strength training. I'd love to have a new workout buddy or two. Anyone starting in the next day or two please feel free to add me.
