(Lots of) Exercise and TTC (trying to conceive)

I was wondering of your experiences with trying to conceive and exercising. I am currently TTC and training for a triathlon. I'm worried it will affect my fertility as I work out 6 days a week pretty high intensity for an hour- to 1 1/2 hours each time. It's only been a month though!

    No difference to me.. Unless your BF% is 14 and under OR really really high, I wouldn't be too worried. If you aren't already, try fertility friend. It helped us when we were trying for our second child, I got pregnant within the second month :)

    I am a big fan of fertilityfriend, but possibly too much. Analyzing EVERY detail has made me super stressed. I hit my fertile window but it didn't stick. Ah well, next month hopefully!

    I ran 3 miles a day from the time I was ttc until I was 6 months pregnant with my first. As the other poster said, bf percentage would be more of a factor. That being said, it never hurts to ask your doctor.
