do you enter your weight on the machines at the gym? If so i would go with their information and create your own work out and use that.. Failing that invest in a heart rate monitor for true calculations. I always go by the machines but i enter my weight etc to get a more accurate reading.

I used to kick box when i was 15 it really toned me up.. I gave it up after about a ear as i couldn't be bothered to get out of bed on a Sunday morning! Defo try it!

not really but since being on MFP i've paid more attention to the calorie content of stuff like that. You know a whole bag of haribo can be a minimum of 800 calories! I used to eat a whole bag every friday as treat! I much prefer to have a small portion now knowing it's not most of my days worth of calories.

No.. Allergic to exercise? :laugh: I did however the other day have quite a sniffley nose and i just shoved tissue up it.. probably not good advice but helped with the workout.. Probably not the most pretty looking either but it was only 6am not many people about.

Yea my husband! He's 6'2" and weighs 11.7 stone.. when we first met he weighed 10.7!!

This is why i'm H.O.T i'm sat here after waking up with a cold thinking i'm not going to the gym today but after reading this i'm going to go and do some weights instead of Saturday Cardio so at least i have done some exercise! I will come home and do 30DS also..

You have just basically told my story too! I was living on 500 cals and i lost wieght but then it just all piled back on again. The less i ate the more i seemed to gain! I'm now eating 1200 a day but will soon be rising to 1400 as i'm hungry now.. i go to the gym 4-5 times a week (and i love it!!) and haven't lost anything…

Sometimes i do have a cheat dayusually a friday but recently i dontwant to go over my cal limit. I find if i want chocolate or something i will wait until Friday and i enjoy it even more knowing i waited for it and hadn't splurged each day. Fridays tend to be pizza and wine and maybe chocolate but i exercise on that day to…
