Does juicing fruit alter the sugar content?? SW Smoothie Question
So I like to blitz some fruit up for a smoothie and I just started Slimming World. I was told that you can eat raw fruit but you can't juice it as the way it breaks down the fruit it creates more of a sugar content. This sounds a bit odd to me. Can anyone clear this up? Many Thanks B)
