Vitamin C content in a Pepper!!
The last two days my Vit C intake has been like 190% so i thought i would track vitamin c in my diary.. it's from eating 1/4 a pepper!! it shows vit c content as 190 for the 1/4 not sure what unit that 190 equates to?? grams?? but it's a crazy amount!!

Random question!
Why is it ok to take ibuprofen and drink alcohol but not ok to have cough medicine and drink alcohol? Only as I have on more then one occasion had ibuprofen and a couple glasses of wine and be fine yet I have also had cough medicine and wine and ended up not really remembering much afterwards lol!! Any ideas??

Side affects of eating more
Since I have upped my calories form 800 to 1200 i've been getting stomach aches (not to mention another side affect) and headaches. Is this normal? I have enough water etc so it's not dehydration. Anyone else having problems like this?
