Getting a Cold.. Feeling sorry for myself.. Help required..

So the past week or two i keep waking up (not everyday) feeling like i'm coming down with a cold. Last week i was so tired i couldn't get out of bed early enough to go to the gym as usual so i went after work most night. Today i've woken up feeling like i'm REALLY getting a cold. My head hurts, i'm irratable and all i want to do is eat. I usually put all my cals of foo di plan to eat into my diary i have am bang on 1200 today as i've had some snack a jacks as i wanted crisps. I now want chooclate but don't have the cals lef unless i gym tonight whichi can gaurentee at the mo as i'm so wiped out. I've already eaten my lunch for today (which is still an hour and a half away!) i want chocolate now.. Hmm.. Feeling sorry for myself..

    Don't feel sorry for yourself! To get a workout, do you HAVE to physically go to the gym? Is there anything you can do at home, so that you don't have to leave the house while you aren't feeling well. That's what I would do if I wasn't feeling good, I would workout at home. Do push ups, squats, sit ups, or even just walking up and down the stairs a few times.

    It won't hurt to go over a little bit in your calories if you want chocolate, just have a small piece to satisfy your craving.
