Hi i just joined.. i'm hoping this works out for me. I used to starve myself and would sometimes just have a yoghurt or a cuppa soup all day. I lost lots of weight of course but then the binge cycle started (and lasted a few months) and i'm now overweight. So i tried to restrict again but didn't lose anything for months so have decided i need to break this and sort myself out.. Problem is i'm still only managing around 700 cals a day.

I now go to the gym as well 3-5 times a week and i just want to be slim, healthy and toned. I know it's hard work but i'm commited now. Any suggestions or advice on how i can eat more and how i get out of starvation mode will be greatly received. I so badly want to get back into my size 10 jeans without busting out the seams.. once i get there i'll work on getting into my size 8s lol.
