I know it can't add calories.. guess someone who didn't know what they were talking about tried badly to explain it to me lol. I'm taking this all with a pinch of salt :)

Thanks, I know it can't add calories but I didn't understand why someone told me it creates more sugar.. surely sugar content can't be altered in a food.. that was my confusion. Thanks for clearing up!

Yes I just googled and found a found an article on raw vs cooked. It just mentions that it removes some of the qualities of the vitamins etc that are in the foods. So maybe it's a syn as your not getting the full goodness from it?

Maybe SW are just trying to put us off juicing as like they say we can consume more but then that's a contradiction as al fruit is free anyway.. oh idk.. I might just continue with the smoothies

yea they said if you juice it you should count it as syns as you likely to have more and the way it breaks down the sugar means it's worse for you. They also said that cooked fruit would be the same. I said but if I eat 1 banana, 1 apple and 4 strawberries or juice 1 banana, 1 apple and 4 strawberries the fruit will have…

Thanks :) I would like to eventually move my work out to the mornings and just have more protein rich meals. I never had this when I wolfed out at the gym but I only worked out for 45 mins where this is an hours work out. And maybe as I'm larger it's burning more?

Yes I can raise it. I actually kept it on the lowest setting to start off with. I stepped for 30 minutes and still lost another 1lb the next day. I now plan to do this every day if I can't walk.

Fab idea! Might start doing a Sunday cook and store them in airtight containers ready for the rest of the week for lunches!

Thanks Jo! Am making a list for the supermarket as we speak.. When you cook these how long do you keep them in the fridge before you NEED to eat them. I'm wondering if i can be lazy and cook a batch every few days.. I would love a bowl of veg for lunch every day!

He didn't just put a camera down my throat i was under supervision for god knows how long and also seeing a dietician.. it doesn't matter.. i know there is no clear cut way of "yes your metabolism is slow" etc however as he is my doctor i take his advice (and the dietician's advice) as sound advice!
