I stir protein powder into plain Greek yogurt, along with some Truvia, vanilla extract, peanut butter, sugar free vanilla pudding mix, walnuts, sea salt, and sugar free chocolate chips. Yummy!! I have it almost every night for a snack.0

I love good old protein fluff - protein powder & almond milk, add a thickener like xanthan gum or gelatine and then use electric whisk to beat to heavenly frothiness. alternatively, whisk egg whites to stiff peaks and then fold in protein powder. Use sweetner/cocoa powder/nesquick to taste. Pop in fridge to firm up, then devour.
As above, can also mix with yoghurt or cream cheese (with cream cheese you basically get cheesecake - yum yum yum).0 -

"cookie dough"
1 can of garbanzo beans
2 scoops vanilla protein
2tbls p2b*
1tbls coconut oil*
1/2-1 tsp vanilla extract (to taste)
1tbls water
1/2 - 3/14 tsp salt
*can subsitute both with 1/4 - 1/2 cup nut butter
process ingredients in a food processor until smooth, mix in 2tbls - 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips.
The beauty of this recipe is that it can definitely be played with and kids love it. I made it for my niece & nephew w/o the protein powder and used natural peanut butter, turned out fine, better for kids I think.
I replaced it with the coconut oil, p2b and protein powder as I consider myself a comptetive athlete (Its been a while since I 'competed') but I like keeping the training going just in case the opportunity comes up again, so I still train as hard. Basically, keeping a low fat & carb intake w/ high protein, not for everyone. Sorry, I may have gone on a tangent there...
Anyway, enjoy! It rocks my world on a daily basis.0
