Side affects of eating more

Since I have upped my calories form 800 to 1200 i've been getting stomach aches (not to mention another side affect) and headaches. Is this normal? I have enough water etc so it's not dehydration.
Anyone else having problems like this?

I lived abroad at one point and food was scarce. When I came back to the States everything gave me a stomach ache. Go slowly, and eat simple foods. You can always go up 100 cals/week instead of making the 400 calorie jump. Also make sure you're not eating a whole lot at one time, your stomach needs time to process.
Congrats on getting up to 1200!0 -
It's weird as Fridays are my treat day and I always go over my goal but that doesn't give me a tummy ache just every day eating more! Thanks for the advice
