Low Carb tinned soups (UK)

Hi i am in the process of moving house and have packed up a lot of kitchenware so at the moment i'm having tinned soups for lunch (with it being cold and rainy here in the UK). I was jut wondering if anyone knew which were the best brands/flavours for low carb? I know the best option is to make your own but i'm not able to do that at the moment.

Also what constitutes low carb? Is it like low fat where it should be something like 3g of fat per 100g of the item?
