I did a few of max 30 videos but then decided to try strenght training instead. For me (140 lbs, 26 years old) the rule of thumb is this: 30 minutes of exercise is roughly 200 calories burned. I based this estimate on my on and off use of a heart rate monitor during relatively intense workouts. Could be a bit more if the…

My right calf is 1 cm smaller than the left one. It always has been. Does anyone else have this issue? It's been bugging me for ages. :)

I set my daily goal to 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat, but I rarely make it.. There's only so many boiled egg whites and chicken breasts that I can stomach. My actual macros are more like 40% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat. I'm doing body weight and cardio exercises too.

I quit 10 days ago. It's nothing compared to some of the other posters but it's still a huge win for me! I quit cold turkey. The very first day was the hardest for me, cause I usually falter in the evening and start over the next day.. I was a smoker for 7 years, about 6 cigs a day.. I've been exercising for about six…

Great results - especially around the waist! You lost only 1 inch but your tummy looks really toned up!

Hi everyone! I just finished week 2 of Focus T25 and I'm absolutely in love with it! I've never stuck with a workout programme for two whole weeks. I was wondering what nutrition ratio would you suggest for those who choose not to follow the nutrition plan?

You look amazing, keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:

Eat some chocolate. SOME, not the whole bar :) I don't get insane cravings during my time of the month so I can't say I get how you feel, but in my opinion, as long as you maintain your exercise routine it's ok to have something sweet once in a while. Don't torture yourself ;)

Eye of the Tiger got me through those last few hundred meters when running :P It's a total cliche but it helps!

The amount of calories you burn is proportional to your weight, i.e. heavier people will burn more calories. When I first tried level 1 of 30 day shred my HRM showed I burned 220 cals. I weighed around 155 lbs back then. Later on when I did Level 1 again, I burned around 180 calories. I guess as I got more fit, the workout…
