At dinner time or past dinner I will have more than 8 cups of water, I'm usually up to 11!! I try to just drink out of a water bottle I have and refill it. It's measured out so I know how many cups of water that's in it (about 3) and I drink at least 4 bottles of it a day.

I just keep track of what was the best filling for me but was good in calories (no to much and not to little). Why do you want to lower your calories though? Mine is at 1200 so I'm just curious.

Unlike everyone else, mine went up! Well on my home page it has stayed at 1200 but for my food page it's up to 1,741!! This seemed to have changed in just the past few days and I'm not to sure why.

I'm in the same position as you, I have a broken foot and a sprained ankle!! I don't have a pool by my house so I can't swim but I actually do a lot of cardio! I've done this before and I know the sucky feeling your mind feels + your body. I find that I'll allow myself to have one sweet a day, but it has to be smaller than my fist, so like a cookie. Since I have something sweet (or unhealthy) once a day, it helps me not to go overboard of the weekends or at a restaurant.
