I have tried the miracle rice and noodles. I did not like either. They both have that fishy taste. I threw it out. The cauliflower tastes so much better.

Bigger bossems can have something to do with it. Having a good posture, also if you carry your weight around your belly inside (which is the worst place to carry it) can have something to do with it.

Your body thinks you are starving it, and will hold on to everything. Eat to your calories everyday. Fat is good for you, just eat the right type of fat. Nuts, avocado, etc. You are starving yourself, eat and lose.

I think that is fantastic. I used to be an exercise fanatic. Burned out. Now I have done 50 sit-ups two days in a row. I say this to say.....we are doing great!
