Emerald Nuts makes these packets of 100 Calorie nuts either Almonds or Almond Walnut. I love those. Especially good with a banana for sugars, then the protein from the nuts carries me through. Or you could get some Justin's Almond Butter single serves to keep around and just use one of those. Great with apples, too. I…

Are you having a small snack prior to your workout? A banana and some nuts or something ?
-
That's a great feeling, I'm sure! Keep moving :)

I love hearing about your guys' progress!!

you should talk to your physician.

Well I wish you continued progress. Please keep us updated. We like to hear from people who have actually used the product.

Monday Night - JELF P2, D48 Cardio. Tuesday - Repair day. I need it.

Depending on the pie it may not have been to overly calorie dense. Fruit pie is less than a cream pie! I always tell Lean first timers not to worry about dropping the weight down. It is extremely hard to maintain the weights up top when you are trying to focus on balance. During Push, you give yourself that solid base as…

Saturday: Legs and a nice walk with a friend for Friday's Make-Up cardio. Sunday: Rest. I just needed it. Monday: JELF P2, D48: Back/Delts and Cardio. I'm thinking I may be looking more broad in the shoulders but I'm not completely sure. This morning I was really sad/surprised when I got on the scale and was 126. WTF? I…

Sounds like you are doing great. With CLX I was always hungry. Not so much in the Burn Phase, but more toward mid-Push and after. Thank you for the compliment. Last night my husband invited some friends over and i didn't get home until right before they showed up, so today will be legs and cardio make up day.

Please don't eat under your calorie goal!! 1200 is the base!

Good morning ladies! Friday! Woot :) Thursday Part 2: Cardio - COMPLETED! JELF P2, D46: Shoulders (and cardio). I like that she's giving me new moves but now it's 4 sets of 8 instead of 3 sets of 10 New move: Palm in Dumbbell Press (single side). Basically this is a move where you have a dumbbell in one hand, your arm at a…

I like these also, have even taken to sleeping in them so that when I do morning workouts I can just roll into my pants.

There is a Venus thread where you may be able to find some new friends.

Thursday: JELF P2, D45: Chest, Abs, Cardio. Interesting move called the "Reverse Grip Tricep Barbell Press." This is a barbell press, but you do the reverse grip. not sure why it's a Chest move, but she also incorporated dips today... sneaky, sneaky! I'm sure by now you know I do cardio later. Did my workout today in the…

Sometimes it's not in your head, you may be more unbalanced than usual. And if you were thinking about being careful it may have messed you up some. Second week?! That's so great, you're almost there :) The squat is pretty cool looking, but it takes a minute to figure out how far from the chair/bench your forward leg…

Hey, @lessthankris , how are you feeling today? @amomono How's Lean treating you? I think we're losing people! Wednesday: JELF P2, D44: Legs. She changed it up a little bit today on me with Close Legged Barbell Squats and the Leg extensions at the end of the workout. There are one legged Squats, but they aren't quite the…

A few comments: Gallbladder - my mother recently lost almost 15 pounds and apparently it's common for stones to dislodge and block the duct causing the need for removal. Hers was an emergency. Please see your doctor if you are having abdomen pain (google other symptoms), diarrhea after salads or items with lettuce, or…

I did not. I just felt like I needed a break. Today is "repair" day and what do you know, I'm down again from resting. I'm considering taking tomorrow too, I just feel exhausted. I tell people to listen to their bodies. Even when the schedule said 3 days of rest the first month I didn't take it, so maybe now is a good time.

I'm 5'2 and started around 142, now at between 122 and 124 depending. I've been there and am working to lose the last 5, but with weight training I'm leaning, not losing. you guys are lucky you have 1 more inch of height!!

Thank you, WOW! Was this one round of VF?

Saturday: Shoulders and Cardio. Sunday: Legs (no cardio). Monday: So far JELF P2, D43: Arms, Abs, Cardio. Arms/Abs completed. Seriously debating skipping the cardio this afternoon, but man - I'd hate to tell someone I didn't do it b/c I just didn't feel like it.
-
Sorry, Kris! That really bites. You may be sore from bracing and will be ok today I hope!
-
Thank you for the compliment :) Love you guys! Friday: JELF P2, D39: Arms, Abs, Cardio. So far Arms and Abs completed.

I don't like to call it "rest day." I have changed my mindset to "repair day." Give your muscle a chance to repair themselves!

Sadly, your post adds nothing to this thread other than keeping it out there for users who have questions. It's actually a great thread for information on the product. When I asked so many years ago, I don't remember how I heard about the program. I really wouldn't mind seeing more proof in photos, but the ladies who…

I'm all about moderation. But something else that helps is sharing those desserts or taking a few bites that are OH SO GOOD...MMMMM and then it's not giving you that high anymore. Once it stops tasting amazing, stop eating it. (So far only a few things can I not do this with.) IDR - are you doing eatback?

Wednesday Part 2: Cardio 30m. Did it after work. The chest workout takes longer than a few others so it ate up my morning allotment. Thursday: JELF P2, D38: Legs. Legs is a no cardio day, which is fine with me. Today I brought an empty sweet tea container my son had and I've filled it with water. The set up for my office…

Can someone please help explain the calories? 1000 calories a day seems very low for anyone. Do they add more based on activity? Do you calorie load on the weekends?

We're here for ya! Wednesday: JELF P2, D37: Chest, Abs, Cardio. Will do cardio after work. Chest/Abs takes about an hour. it was soooo humid in the garage this morning. We have our floor sprayed with non-slip texture luckily, but it was still sort of slick. My husband suggested opening the garage door, which I did…
