In for Halo! I don't like chocolate ice cream but a friend suprised me with a pint - it was so good. got to let it melt just a little. Strawberry is my favorite "regular" and theirs does not disappoint. I don't eat the entire pint, i like to savor - Have Lemon Cake (tried it, it was ok) and Birthday Cake (love cake ice…

So helpful, thanks!

One of my fave pics of our EM (English Mastiff), Mama. Also in my profile photo. We also have a Yorkie, but no pics of him on my work comp atm.

A friend of a friend had it done here in the US. I was curious b/c they are pushing ads all over the place for it. It freezes the cells, killing them off. It looks like there are targeted areas of your body you can have it done. (Flank, inner and outer thighs, and chin). The fat flushes out over a period of a few months.…

ok. but I also posted a link to a book to help her do something without any medical involvement, so ... alternative methods.

You should never feel ashamed for wanting to try something new! It's not unusual for someone your age to not know how to cook. My husband says I "don't cook" because his idea of cooking is some grand affair like a cooking class at Sur La Table. I tell you what, he's been eating 95% of meals made by me since 1997. Meat,…

I'm not saying for them to wait 20 years. Also, sperm can be frozen. More alternative methods that allow her to not be on a form of BC.
-
I've never heard this term before but I also thought the way they eat was unusual.

alright gorgeous girl - this is your sign to GTFO. if he can talk to his mother like that (and it sounds like she allows it by not standing up for herself) then you are not with a man who will love and cherish you.
-
How does he treat his mom? Does she also speak to you the same way? Does she feed him and not include you?

Vasectomies can be reversed. But check out this book: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/taking-charge-of-your-fertility-20th-anniversary-edition-toni-weschler/1119908785 I'd post the Amazon link, but my Mom uses my account sometimes and I don't want her getting the wrong idea from my browsing history. Charting may be a…

I see you are pretty young. How long have you been with this guy? Are there other things you do that he doesn't like you to do? -- Him commenting like that makes me concerned for your emotional health. I'm not a psych, but yes, the side we hear from you does sound like he's controlling. You don't mention what he eats like…

why would you even say something like this? this woman is now going through a divorce because her husband cheated.

Thanks!

Some of the replies you've gotten have comebacks that are funny. Some are snarky. Only you know why you are doing what you do. For me it's strength and health. I believe that when people say that they aren't telling you what to do, "oh, Person! I don't have a medical degree but play one on the internet daily and WebMD…

Nice work! I love that your husband also has some changes. Can I say though, my fave current pic of you is the one of you and your son and you're hiking. I bet your son has to ask you to "slow down, Mommy!" sometimes :) (in a good way!)

It sounds like you understand something is wrong. I'd go see a doctor definitely and get some blood work done. I'm not one so I can't really give you any other advice. Also consider any new medication you might be taking. I was on an anti-depressant once for migraines and started having panic attacks. Let us know how it…

I love seeing people dedicating time to themselves and sharing the payoff to encourage others. Nice work!

I'm also a fan of trendweight. I've lost hardly any weight, but it shows the fat decreases and lean increases and helps "trend" the fluctuations.

I'm 5'2 and when I was in that size range (8/10) my favorite brand was from Kohl's, the Wallflower Curvy. They also have a website with khakis and shorts, but in my family, the butt is the determining factor for size, not the waist. Even my son has serious glute issues and should be in a 32W, but b/c of the junk in the…

Not sure if this link will work, but I shared my thoughts in a ChaLean Extreme Support group. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1289380/chalene-piyo/p2

This forum used to be very busy, but as you can see since the search for group changed, we don't have many new posters. Feel free to add me as a friend -- I'm doing P90X currently, but have done CLX 3 times and it's easy to go back to. Using the worksheets is a great tool. There are also CLX groups on Facebook if you have…

This was a waste of money for me and I was unable to use it the way I thought I could. It never would connect to my elliptical. Oh well, L/L. (Live and Learn)

Many of us in this forum have done CLX and we love it! Did you find anyone to join you?

Sorry to be late to the party, but I'm now suffering the same thing. Endo Bloat. I have previously use MissFit TYTE (which I thought worked well) and Jamie Eason's Anti-Bloat formula (3p a day at night 1x a day). Unfortunately now that I've stopped taking BC due to my sister having a stroke in January (She's 28, I'm 38)…

A pic from the reunion with a friend. (Hubs was unable to join).

Program was a few days from completion when I left for my reunion on Saturday. Really it was 2 cardio days and a chest day, so I'm calling it completed. Taking a break this week since I've been lifting for 6 months straight and my body needs the rest time. Good luck to all of you in what you are doing! t

Even though no one is checking this post, I'm still posting. Final Week!!

Month 3 is in effect. Today is Day 2 of Week 2, so not too far to go! I did start adding in the AM cardio but since it's only been a few days there hasn't been much difference that I've noticed. However, I do believe that by the time my reunion comes around (EOM!) the extra cardio will have made a difference.
-
10 Days later and we have completed month 2. Starting tomorrow i'm going to be adding in more cardio for better results.
