My Almost Success Story (70lbs Gone. Picture heavy)

Let me start by saying I've had an unhealthy relationship with food my entire life & After MANY failed attempts, I changed my life for the better last year. It was tough in the beginning, but after a while it became a habit & it's the best one I've ever had. I used to have to force myself to stay awake & now I have to force myself to slow down. The energy is awesome! The only complaint I have is that I get cold a lot easier lol (: I still have about 25lbs to go before I get my final goal, but that's so little compared to where I started.
At 5'9 my starting weight was 248lbs:
Current Weight: 167lbs

Great job!!!
Thanks! I don't mind sharing at all (: I did it gradually basically. I replaced my fast food burgers with homemade turkey burgers & I also became a really big fan of websites like skinnyms.com & skinnytaste.com. There are more like those, but they have lighter versions of almost EVERYTHING including Mac & cheese! I never feel like I'm depriving myself, because I eat what I love, I just pay really close to portions & use ingredients that are better for me (:1
