If you skip breakfast, eat more lunch. I looked at your diary- You don't eat much at the beginning of the day- my lunch and breakfast usually comes to about 1000 cal. Restaurant salads. You just assume they are lower in cals because they tend to be carb free and mostly veg but damn am I always shocked when I read the nurtitional info online. Now whenever I go out I always decide what I'm eating beforehand so I dont get a nasty shock later on!

I used to think I had to eat 1200 or under to lose weight. Have been eating around 1600 since mid November and even with some cheat days, I've lost over a stone. So glad I finally came to my senses and educated myself on the healthier way to lose weight.
