Well I just calculated my BMI from when I started to now and I have gone from a BMI of 34 to a BMI of 29 currently. I still have a ways to go to be in the non-overweight category but atleast I am not in the obese range anymore...I guess that I should be smiling today for that reason alone! :happy:

Well Debbie you did better than me...I did not even set goals for September!!! My goals for October are: 1. Lose 3lbs (get to 175) 2. Participate and do well in 2 challenges at the local gym 3. Be more consistent with working out at the gym

I will go for the hare this week with the goal of hitting the elliptical for more than the 15 minutes I have been doing lately. My personal goal is to log more consistently as I have slacked this past few weeks big time ESPECIALLY with the exercise.

Well I didn't report in for last weeks challenge. I have been hit or miss MIA these last two weeks. This week I am going for the big daddy. My personal goal is a burn of 3500 calories. My food goal is to make it one day where I stay within my carb range and do not go over!!!
