4 egg white omelet with a quarter cup of my homemade salsa mixed in and a little Cabot's no-fat cheese melted on top. Plus one piece of Martin's whole wheat potato bread toasted with a small pat of butter. I like this bread because it's low in calories (70) and low (for bread anyway) in sodium (125mg). Are you drinking enough water? Maybe you've stopped drinking coffee... the simplest things can cause headaches but definitely if they persist, call your doctor.

I'm a single dad and when my son was about 7, I worked full-time, had a crappy work commute into Boston and so it just seemed easier to do the drive-though instead of cooking healthy meals. I'm not blaming BK or McDs, I'm just saying that I chose to eat unhealthy.

Working out in the morning seems to increase my energy and give me a brighter outlook for the rest of the day. Of course, since I like to get to the gym about 5 AM that means I'm in bed by 8:30!
