I went to a high school track this morning to test the accuracy of my fitbit. I walked two quarter mile laps. My GPS measured it as .5 miles, as it should. But my fitbit measured it as .7 miles, which is clearly incorrect. Does anybody know how to correct this? Do I need to increase the fitbit setting for my stride length…
Is anyone using the new fitbit app for android? How do you like it? The only thing I use my fitbit account for is to track exercise and I have it linked to my MFP, which is where I log all my food. So I'm wondering if it's worth cluttering up my phone with another app that has marginal usefulness.
Just put my fitbit through the washer. Came out like a champ, looks like it reset for a minute afterwards then all my stats from today reappeared... whew!
What I have found is that if I want to keep my sodium intake at or below my max requirement AND I want to keep my calorie count at or below my allowed amount, then I really have to make most of my food myself.
