  • Burpees and Mountain Climbers certainly rank high on the list. But I think my least favorite is either a basic lunge, or planking. Lunges kill me in that I have no balance really anymore and my legs haven't gotten built to hold my weight well yet that way. Planking kills my core for like 3 days haha. But they all feel good…
  • I'm unfamiliar with fitbit, but I'm sure either is fine, as long as your are sticking to it. I wouldn't worry about it obviously. If you consider the traditional 3500 calories = 1 pound, 17 calories is less than 1 hundreth of a pound. You could probably burn that chewing gum haha.
  • I'm also 20, and it totally sucks to be overweight at this prime age. But that's why we're working and we have the big 2-1 to look forward too still haha Welcome!
  • I have been doing couch to 5k for a while now and I really enjoy it. I'm on week 4 right now, and I weigh 330 lbs. You can jog no matter what the size! My advice is get good running shoes, the tennis shoes in the closet won't cut it after a while. Also, if you can barely make it through a week, feel free to do the week…
