Not sure if this is available in your area, but you might enjoy rowing crew.

My understanding is that if you are having a normal pregnancy (i.e. no complications), you can continue any activity you were doing before you got pregnant, with a few exceptions for risky and contact sports. Here is a link to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology FAQs on exercise

ChaLEAN Extreme is dumbbell-based and hits every muscle group.

Great job! You look amazing and happy.

I wear a reflective vest (mine is by Nathan but there are other brands out there too), reflective hat (many brands have this), and headlamp (cheapie from Home Depot) as well. I am sad that Brooks discontinued the Nightlife hat, which has a built-in red LED light across the back fastener.

What an amazing story!

I like the Goddess sports bra, Anita Extreme Control, and Champion All-Out Wirefree. Good luck!

It's a clunky analogy, but I find the saying "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink" applicable here. You can't force your wife to do anything. All you can do is continue to be supportive of her and to continue on your own journey. If you feel it is truly problematic/affecting your marriage, you might…

You are on the right track-- make small, manageable changes. Take it one step at a time. Best of luck to you!

What's there to discuss? If you want to do that to yourself, go right ahead. No one is stopping you.

Yeah I third this recommendation. A good teacher can help make sure you are doing the poses correctly so you don't injure yourself.

If you enjoy lifting, have you tried any of the New Rules of Lifting programs? There are a bunch of them out there now. All the ones I have tried (NROL, NROL for Women, NROL for Abs) have been great.

If you liked TaeBo back in the day, you would definitely enjoy Turbo Jam or TurboFire. I am not affiliated with Beachbody, just enjoy their programs. And you could also look for class versions, I think it is called Turbo Kick in gyms.

I'm doing it, though not the published program-- my primary activity is running. So I'm adding in PiYo two or three days a week as cross-training.

Oh yeah, if your fiance is home, he needs to deal with the kids while you are working out. Unless there is an imminent danger or ER visit, he should be able to handle it himself.

What an inspiration!

Wow, you look fantastic!

If you're a 40DD, look for one called Champion All-Out Wirefree on Amazon. Great support and only $22. Other favorites of mine include the Goddess sports bra and one called Anita Extreme Control, but they are more expensive. I like Moving Comfort Fiona too.

Great work! Keep it up!

Awesome! Congratulations on your hard work! I'm also a runner w/ very similar starting stats, but a long way to go.

You look amazing-- congrats!

Congratulations on your amazing accomplishment!

Good advice from kgeyser. I would also make sure to focus on staying hydrated-- especially during these summer months. I like coconut water, and also there are products like NUUN tabs and similar that can add electrolytes without calories.

I like to have an ice cream treat, like a Skinny Cow or Weight Watchers bar, after dinner. As long as you stay withing your calorie goals & it doesn't trigger a binge, I don't see what the problem is. There are some foods that I need to stay away from because I will just eat and eat and eat. Having something pre-portioned,…

Great work-- keep it up!!

You look fabulous! Congrats on your success!

Yurbuds are my favorite. I have the in-ear ones. They come with several different insert sizes, and you can order additional ones if needed.

When you say fatigue, what exactly do you mean? And are you taking any rest days? If you're not, you should. Also, are you eating enough? Sleeping enough? Working out a lot/with intensity takes a lot out of our bodies, and if you're not adequately replenishing via food and rest, you are going to feel like you are running…
