you obviously didn't read my comment, or you did and you don't understand English. I love how you find something wrong in EVERY single thing I post, but like I said-- Ive only begu\n to restrict my calories YESTERDAY. this sleep issue has been going on for TWO YEARS even when I was consuming 3000 calories a day. YOURE not…

Marathon runners/ long distance cardio people-- This has been the case for about 2 years now, but on days when I have my long runs (10+ miles) I have trouble falling asleep at night (regardless of diet, whether I eat a lot, a little, healthy or unhealthy) -- is this the case for any of you?
-
exactly!! the positive support and genuine interest on this thread is really encouraging. Some people are giving great advice and asking questions too, which is exactly what I want

Hi, this is actually one of the main issues I wanted to discuss-- I've never tried doing any resistance training, or HIIT. Ive only done cardio, lots of it. How would you recommend I start with weight training? The people at the gym lifting always intimidate me lol
-
hi, could you please elaborate? I would love to hear your advice about meeting a daily fats goal-- after all I've only had breakfast so far. I'm trying to balance my calories between protein and carbs, with a little bit of fat. Thanks!

youre entitled to your opinion, youre free to believe what you want :) If you don't think I'm real/ sincere, by all means, please continue! :) I enjoy your feedback thanks!

I dont intend on creating any drama, as Im not going to mention…

thank you! I defnitely think abs are made in the kitchen. Hopefully my change in diet will help me change my body

Hello! Many of my friends ask me the same question-- how do you run so much? Running may seem like a daunting activity, and there definitely are days when I don't want to, but when I was in high school I played several team sports and ran an average of 2 hours a day. After graduating, I wanted to stay active and saw…

It is pretty low, I guess I'll see how I feel tomorrow and eat when I get hungry
-
Thanks! Do you mind if I post some of the info you sent me? I think others could benefit from learning about your experience :)
-
welcome aboard!! feel free to add your info too! You can talk about your daily food intake, exercise, mood, weight loss, etc just like I did if you want :)
-
I guess I'll find out! I'll let you know when i get hungry and what I eat to satiate my hunger :)
-
thank you!! Sometimes you just can't let people get you down :) I created a third thread because I still do want to keep helping people by sharing what I learn, in case you are still interested.
-
thank you :) I wouldnt have made a third thread, but I was encouraged by the number of people actually interested in it, so here goes! You've been very kind :) good luck with your fitness journey too! Stay in touch
-
valid question-- I am addicted to sugar and consume most of my calories in chocolate, candy, chips, and empty carbs. I have a very unhealthy diet which is why i gained weight in spite of my training. this is my journey to get healthy and lose weight
-
Bless your heart <3
-
thank you! What a lovely person :) I just started my 3rd thread and hopefully people dont misunderstand. Again, thank you for the encouragement! Thank god some people understood what I was trying to get across

i cant tell if that was a genuine comment (if so, thank you) or if that was a sarcastic comment towards me.. because if it is, I responded to every negative comment in my thread with a "thank you for your input" "Yes, I acknowledge its an unrealsitic goal"
-
im actaully glad you created this, because i realized people FIXATED on the wrong thing-- about 80 % of users understood that my purpose was to keep marathon training and document my weight loss progress as i shifted my diet towards a healthy one. the number was arbitrary and I mentioned several times that it was…
